General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of luxury clothing made on the website of the company Eastwood Studio, registered with the RCS of Paris by the number 93384504200011, whose head office is located at [address]. Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

1. Purpose

The purpose of these GTC is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by Eastwood Studio to the consumer.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, if errors or omissions may have occurred in this presentation, Eastwood Studio cannot be held liable. The photographs of the products are not contractual.

3. Prices

The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), including the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Delivery costs are indicated before validation of the order and invoiced in addition. Eastwood Studio reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is registered.

4. Order

The consumer places his order online on the website www.eastwood-studio.fr. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. Eastwood Studio will acknowledge receipt of the order upon validation by sending an email. In the event of unavailability of an ordered product, the consumer will be informed by email.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The consumer can pay for his order by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or via PayPal. Transactions are secured by Stripe, a partner specializing in online payments. Eastwood Studio does not store its customers' bank details.

6. Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the consumer when ordering. Eastwood Studio undertakes to ship orders within the timeframes indicated on the site. In the event of a delay in delivery, an email will be sent to the consumer. In the event of non-receipt of a package within the timeframe indicated, the consumer must inform Eastwood Studio so that an investigation can be carried out.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the consumer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. This does not apply to products made to measure by Eastwood Studio because this involves a specific production of a product linked to the order.

9. Liability

Eastwood Studio cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product. Eastwood Studio's liability will in any event be limited to the amount of the order.

10. Protection of personal data

The information collected by Eastwood Studio when a consumer orders is necessary for the management of the order and the improvement of services. They may be transmitted to Eastwood Studio's partners responsible for the execution, processing, management and payment of orders. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, the consumer has the right to access, rectify and oppose personal data concerning him.

11. Intellectual property

All elements of the site www.eastwood-studio.fr are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Eastwood Studio. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether software, visual or audio.

12. Applicable law and disputes
