Once your order has been placed, production of your part begins within a few days. Production times may vary according to the availability of our suppliers.

Once the product has been produced, your order is picked up by the carrier for delivery to a relay point or to your home on D+1.

As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail containing your order tracking number, so that you can monitor the progress of your parcel.

Delivery costs

Relay point delivery within 4/5 working days of dispatch (mainland France): Free.

Delivery in Europe: 15€.

Delivery to the rest of the world: 30€.

For delivery outside the European Union, including Switzerland, and for delivery to French overseas departments and territories, customs charges may apply and are payable by the customer.
